Robert Edward Ingram, Sr.

September 27, 1932 - January 24, 2010

Robert (Bob) Edward Ingram died Jan. 24, 2010 in Del City, OK. He was born Sept. 27, 1932 in Long Beach, CA to John P. and Edith M. Ingram who preceded him in death at Hingham, Mass. Robert was the youngest of three brothers: John P. Jr., who passed away in 1945 (WWII, Italy) and Milton L. who survives in Hingham, Mass. Raised in a career U.S. Navy family they traveled to many locations throughout the world. Robert met his beautiful and loving wife Josephine, of Plainview, Minnesota in Denver, Colorado and they were married in 1963 at Tampa, FL. Bob and Jo settled in Del City, OK in 1964, while Bob was employed as a Technical Representative for Lear Inc., an aircraft firm. Bob spent some 42 years in the aircraft manufacture (Boeing Co.), modification and repair business (Air Mod, Lear and Lear-Sigler). He was an avid boater, fisherman, hunter and camper, loving the outdoors of Oklahoma and northern Minnesota with his wife and sons. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Jo, of Del City; his two sons: Robert Jr. and Theresa of Tulsa, OK with grandson Zachary and granddaughter Maren and Charles L. and Peggy of Del City. Rosary will be 7:30 pm, Wednesday, Jan. 27th at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Del City. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Thursday, Jan 28th at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with interment to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
