Shirley Ann Curling
April 20, 1940 - June 20, 2009
Shirley Ann (Naney) Curling, 69, of Midwest City, left us all too soon, Saturday, June 20, 2009 to return to her Father in Heaven. She was born April 20, 1940 in OKC to George and Agnes Naney. Shirley was a proud class of '58 MWCHS Bomber. She retired from TAFB after 25 faithful years of service. She was the best 'Aunt Shirley' in the world. Shirley was happily married to her late husband, Dallas for nearly 25 years. They loved to drive cross-country following major league baseball, little girls softball and several trips to Las Vegas where they had married. Shirley was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy and brother, Tom. She is survived by: her brother, Jim Naney and his wife Mary; several nieces, nephews, step children and step grandchildren. She was loved by all. Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Sunny Lane Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
