Spigener Cemetery is located on NE 234th St. {Sorghum Mill Rd.} 0.5 mile west of the intersection of NE 234th St. and N. Henney Rd. in Arcadia, Oklahoma. From the Oklahoma City area, take I-35 north to State Highway 66 {exit 141} and go right {east} for about 7.3 miles to N. Hiwasee Rd. {approximately 1.5 miles east of Arcadia, OK.} Turn left {north} and go 2 miles to NE 220th St. {Coffee Creek Rd.} Turn right {east} and go 1 mile to N. Henney Rd. Turn left {north} and go 1 mile to NE 234th St. {Sorghum Mill Rd}. Turn left {west} and go 0.5 mile {the road will wind from left to right}. The cemetery is at the end of the road.

This cemetery has been in use since it was founded. There was a Quit Claim Deed by D. W. Tauscher dated October 22, 1937 to the trustees of the Spigener Cemetery and their successors for a sum of $10.00. The deed was recorded January 24, 1939 for the surface rights, for one square acre, and an additional one square acre adjoining the corner acre on the north side for a total of two acres. The deed was filed in Oklahoma County in Book 528, p. 477. Present trustees are J. E. Wilson, Roy Morris and Sarah A. Robinson. When this cemetery was canvassed in 1963, there were 95 names listed.
