OKLAHOMA COUNTY OK

Buren B. Day and Grace M. Day, his wife; and Calvin Boxley and Ruth Embry Boxley, his wife, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma conveyed 10.8 acres for $1.00 and other considerations to Mount Moriah Burial Park; a property Trust of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma. Recorded in Book 613, p. 19 in Oklahoma County.

A part or portion of the S 1/2, SE 1/4 of Sec. 31, T13N, R1W of the I.M. lying west of the railroad right of way of the St. Louis and Oklahoma City Railway Company {now St. Louisand San Francisco Railroad Company} more specifically described as follows: Begin at a point on the S. line of said Sec. 31, being 1285 feet W. of the SE Corner of Sec. 31. Thence parallel with the E. line of Sec. 31 a distance of 233 feet thence W. and parallel with the S. line of Sec. 31, a distance of 35 feet to a point on the W. line of the E 1/2 of SE 1/3 of Sec. 31, etc.

It is the intention of the grantors herein to include herein and convey all of that part of portion of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Sec. 31 lying W. of the said RR right of way of the St. Louis and OC Railway Co. {now St. Louis and San Francisco RR Co.} except a strip of land in the SW corner.

Grantors excpet and reserve herefrom all of the oil, gas and other minerals and right appertaining thereto. {This deed is given upon the consideration of and subject to all the terms, conditions, purposes, covenants and provisions of a certain Declaration of Trust, executed on even date herewith, by Nettie Day, D. E. Arnold, and Rose Fullrich, Trustee, creating and establishing the Mount Moriah Burial Park, a Property Trust of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma Signed February 23, 1943 by Buren D.
