Russell Dean "Dino" Jeter, age 39, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008, in Oklahoma City. Born March 9, 1969, in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Robert and Reves Jeter, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a sister and a nephew. He loved watching sports, especially OU games with his friends and relatives. He enjoyed watching TV, reading the newspaper, working word puzzles, and auto books. He graduated from Duncan High School in 1987. He worked at Eduardo's in Chickasha for seven years before going to Talking Leaves Job Corp. Dino is survived by his three sisters, Debra (Allen) Blaylock, Chickasha, Renea Jeter, Chickasha, and Dianna Jeter, Murrieta, Califonia; six brothers, James (Theola) Phillps, Spencer, Oklahoma, Roy Geter, Marino Valley, California, Robert Little, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jerald Jeter, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kenneth Jeter, Norman, Oklahoma, and David (Lori) Jeter, East Point, Georgia; his favorite niece and nephew, Robert (Tera) Jeter and Danyel Jeter; a number of nieces and nephews; his aunts, Winnie F. (Rodney) Hooks, Nellie M. Murray, Kate Smith Moore; uncles, Dr. Elbert (Judy) Jones; special friends, Ginger Bascotti and family; Quail Creek Nursing and Rehab Center; Dialysis Center and Integris Hospital, I.C.U. on 7th Floor, Dr. Manuel O. Crespo and the 7 other physicians at Baptist Integris and special friends in Chickasha. Services are scheduled at St. Luke's Church in Spencer, Oklahoma, at 11:00 a.m., on September 3, 2008. Internment will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Jones, Oklahoma. |
