George Matthew Harrison
George Matthew Harrison, age 53, of Choctaw, Oklahoma was born on October 17, 1960, in Garden City, Kansas.
He was the son of Dale & Rita {Lickteig} Harrison.
He left this life on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
George married Jacquie Greenwood on June 3, 1983, in Nicoma Park, Oklahoma.
He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Midwest City, Oklahoma, and the Knights of Columbus.
George enjoyed playing golf, fishing, Thunder basketball, OU football, taking pictures and many other hobbies.
Survivors include his wife, Jacquie Harrison, of the home; two sons, Micah Moore of Yukon, Oklahoma; Mitchell Harrison, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two daughters and son-in-laws, Sheena Harrison, Moore, Oklahoma; Claire and Jody Bridges, Midwest City, Oklahoma; parents, Dale and Rita Harrison, Choctaw, Oklahoma; two brothers, Tom Harrison, Wichita Falls, Texas; Rod Harrison, Conway, Arkansas; four sisters, Cindy Woodward, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Cathy Baldasaro, Carrollton, Texas; Mary Hoctor, Frisco, Texas; Patty Brakebill, Arkansas; one grandson, Wyatt Bridges and many other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Smith-Parks Funeral Service, 2039 N. Tim Holt Dr., Harrah, Oklahoma.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 31, 2014, at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Midwest City, Oklahoma, with Father Timothy Fuller officiating.
Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, Oklahoma.
