Kathleen Georgia Wilkerson

May 29, 1919 - December 25, 2008

Kathleen (Kathy) Wilkerson May 29, 1919 ~ December 25, 2008 Our Beloved 'Nonie' left us on Christmas Day, 2008, but she also left us each with precious memories of many, many Christmas Days from the past. Kathleen was born to John and Hattie Perry in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. She was the middle child of five. Her only living sibling is Polly Haas. She is survived by a daughter, Gina Wendling and husband Brent; and two sons: Bill Wilkerson and wife Karen, and David Wilkerson and wife Linda. 'Nonie' also leaves six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther 'Luke' Wilkerson. They were married for 59 years and made their home in Midwest City for 50 of those years. Since Luke's death, 11 years ago, Kathy continued to work and live in Midwest City. She has many friends through her business as a professional manicurist and owner of the Ridgecrest Beauty Salon for 35 years. Our mother believed in God and in Jesus Christ. She believed that we will all be together again. We, as her family, look forward to that with great faith and hope. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, December 29, 2008 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens.
