Jerry Uselton

November 12, 1939 - May 28, 2013

Jerry Max Uselton, 73, died peacefully with his family by his side, May 28, 2013. Jerry was born November 12, 1939 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Ervin and Irene Uselton. He was a proud Midwest City Bomber. He shared 50 years of marriage with the love of his life, Jewel. They made a happy home for their four children. Jerry worked in the construction industry all of his life; starting with running a framing crew, to building homes, and finally owning a truck driving school. He was preceded in death by his precious wife, Jewel, his sister JoAnn Cantrell, and brothers Bob Shultz, Bud Uselton and John Uselton. He is survived by his son, Bill Uselton, daughters, Kelly Shatswell, Judi McMillian and husband Mike, Leslie Drake and husband Dave, his sister Bonnie Owens and brothers Steve Uselton and wife Karen, Bill Uselton, twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many other adored family members. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens.
