A. Elizabeth Deloris Tompkins

January 22, 1927 - January 2, 2010

Adelia Elizabeth 'Betty' D. Kelly Tompkins passed away January 2, 2010 at her residence. She was born on January 22, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY and was the daughter of the late Stephen Kelly and Julia Clayton Kelly. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Haskell R. Tompkins of OKC, sons: Stephen and James Tompkins of OKC, sister: Anna Kelly of NY, brother: Thomas Kelly of NY, son in law: Howard G. Johnson of NC, and granddaughter: Catherine Hofegartner of Luther, OK. She is survived by her children: Julia T. Silverstein, Catherine T. Johnson, Philip M. Tompkins, Teresa L. Tompkins, Mary T. Hofegartner, and Beverely T. Jackson, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 2 sisters of Brooklyn, NY, a niece of Staten Island, NY, and grand nephews of NY and their families. Services will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City.
