Mary Francis (Perry) Phenix

February 12, 1935 - March 13, 2004

Mary Francis Perry Phenix, a loving wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother passed from this world into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on March 13, 2004.
She was born February 12, 1935 in Tuttle, Okla. where she grew up and attended school.
Mary retired from the State of Oklahoma Department of Transportation after many years of loyal service.
Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Perry Thompson, her father, Vernon "Curly" Melvin Perry and one brother Glen Peck.
She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Phenix of the home; one brother: Vernon Charles Perry of Oklahoma City; daughter: Gail Lynette Wariner Beasley of Bethany, Okla.; sons: Steve Cyotee of Bridge Creek, Okla., Dwight Calvin Wariner of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Bill's children: Tammy Garrigan of Vancleave, Miss., Paula Wood of Edmond, Okla. and William "Greg" Phenix of Tulsa, Okla.; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; three sons-in-law; one granddaughter in law; two grandsons in law; and four nieces.
Mary's greatest joy, love and passion were her children and grandchildren with whom she enjoyed spending her time with.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 18, at 11 a.m. in the Calvary Temple in Edmond with burial following in Arlington Cemetery in Midwest City. Services were under the direction of the Matthews Funeral Home of Edmond.
The family request that memorials be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
