Edna Irene (Carlisle) Osborn

August 11, 1913 - September 19, 2006

Funeral service for Edna Irene Osborn, 93, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 22, 2006 at the College Heights Baptist Church, Chickasha.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, at the Arlington Memory Garden Cemetery in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Edna Irene Osborn was born August 11, 1913 in Chico, Wise County, Texas the daughter of Louis O'Neal and Edna Laura Ordella (Lewis) Carlisle and died September 19, 2006 in Chickasha.
Mrs. Osborn moved from Chico, Texas to Ryan, Oklahoma when she was 14 years old. She lived in Del City for many years and lived in Chickasha for over 30 years.
She and Bill Osborn were married December 2, 4, 1934 in Ryan, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death January 21, 1965.
Mrs. Osborn was a member of the College Heights Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by: six brothers and sisters; one grandchild and one great grandchild.
Survivors include: three sons and their wives: Eugene and Emogene Osborn of Oklahoma City; Larry and Berta Osborn of Chickasha; Earnest and Gail Osborn of Texas; one daughter and her husband: Sybil and Ronald Reed of Charlotte, North Carolina; 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in the Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery, Midwest City, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
