Delsie Elizabeth Noe

May 17, 1919 - November 10, 2009

Delsie Elizabeth Noe, 90, passed away Nov. 10, 2009 in Purcell, OK. Born May 17, 1919 in Radical, MO to Martin and Dura Pitts. She was a wonderful wife and mother who will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands Glenn P. Weltzheimer and Edgar H. Noe, son Gary G. Weltzheimer, 4 sisters and 1 brother. Delsie is survived by her son, Gerard L. Weltzheimer and wife Kathy; daughter in law, Terri Weltzheimer; granddaughters, Cindy Hewitt and husband Eric and Debbie Hagins and husband Vince; great grandchildren, Brenton and Kaylen Hewitt, Alissa and Jenni Hagins; 3 sisters and 1 brother. Delsie was a longtime resident of Midwest City and a member of Meadowood Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held 1 PM, Nov. 13, 2009 at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd, MWC.
