Pearl Mae McKinnon

February 13, 1923 - June 23, 2020

Pearl Mae McAnally McKinnon was born February 13th, 1923, to Ephram Mannon MacAnally and Flora Mae Hill McAnally in Port Lavaca, TX. She peacefully passed away at the age of 97 on June 23rd, 2020, at her home in Guthrie, OK. She married Jack McKinnon on October 4th, 1942, in Brownwood, TX. Pearl raised two sons, adopted her grandson and grand-daughter, and opened her home to grandchildren and countless friends of the family, treating them all as her children. She was compassionate and empathetic, showing many the true meaning of unconditional love. Pearl opened her home and heart to innumerable people, feeding and housing the unfortunate, advocating for those without a voice, and remaining an active member of the church throughout her life. She joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on March 5th, 1955, and was sealed to her husband and son on October 4th, 2017, in the Oklahoma City, OK temple for time and all eternity. Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Ephram and Flora, her siblings Earl, Robert, George, John, Myrtle Fae, and Leona Marie, her husband of 45 years Jack Sr, son Jack Jr, and grandson Dean. She is survived by her children Rodger, Donald, and Susan, daughter-in-law Carol, grandchildren Micheal, Melissa, and Mitchell, her great-grandchildren Ryan, Tiffany, Tyler, Bryson, Elizabeth, Dovey, Ronald, Ashton, Avery, Alyse and Koehn, great-great grandchildren Avery, Gavin, Nakai, Skyler, Jaiden, Paiden, Stephen, David, Dominick, Hayden, Joshua, and Serenity, and her nieces Cynthia and Jo Ann and nephews Rick and James. Special thanks to the Jesus Christ Church Latter Day Saints Guthrie Ward; Carolyn and Tony Confer, Diane and Ed Kanady.
