Cora Vondella Jones

August 31, 1933 - November 29, 2023

Cora Vondella Brooks was born August 31, 1933 in Roosevelt, Oklahoma to Charley and Stella Brooks at the home of her grandmother. She graduated high school in May of 1951 Cooperton, Oklahoma as salutatorian of her class and a basketball letterman. In April of 1956 she married Jack Donald Jones Sr. She was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star and was a member and attended 1st Baptist Church Newcastle. She retired from Tinker in 1990 as a jet engine mechanic.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charley and Stella Brooks.
Two sisters and their husbands, Margaret and Clyde Wilkinson, and Charlene and Jack Snavely. And her husbands, Jack D. Jones, Sr. and Richard 'Dick' Potts.
She is survived by, Son Jack Jones and wife Cydney
Daughter Kathy Harryman and husband Doug
Bonus son Jack Nicholson and wife Pam
Grandchildren, Jason (Lisa) Jones, Jennifer (Pedro) Zardeneta, Crystal (Ryan) Shetley, Casey Jones, James Harryman, Billy Harryman, Forrest Harryman
Great grandchildren, Jade (Fil) Espinosa, Brookelyn (Trent) Dennis, Jaxon Jones, Kaylee Shetley, Isaiah Zardeneta, Trenton Shetley, Wyatt Harryman, Evan Harryman, Garrett Harryman, Shaun Jones, Brooke Boettler, Blaine Boettler, Judah Jones, Ava Jack, Ashton Jack, Cody Jack
Great great grandson, Santiago Espinosa
And Numerous nieces, nephews, and several other family members and friends.
