Betty Kathryn Hartzog

December 8, 1934 - September 7, 2020

Betty Katheryn Hartzog, age 85, resided in Choctaw, OK. Betty passed on September 7th in Midwest City, OK. Betty was born in Wagoner, OK on December 8th, 1934 by Betty's parents Edgar and Iva Roberts.
Betty had some college where she attended nursing school in Bakersfield, California. After receiving her degree she moved back to Oklahoma where she met Lloyd Hartzog. Betty Katheryn Sikes married Lloyd Hartzog on April 16th, 1982 and was married for 38 wonderful years. Betty enjoyed the outdoors and loved traveling the US, which she and Lloyd did for several years. Betty Hartzog was a very caring, compassionate, hardworking and most of all a loving mother.
Betty is preceded in death by her father and mother: Edgar and Iva Roberts, as well as her 3 brothers and 3 sisters for which she is in heaven now reuniting with. Betty is survived by Lloyd Hartzog, husband; 4 children: Larry Sikes and wife Sherry, Victor Sikes, Kenny Sikes and Sherry Sikes; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Betty viewing and visitation will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 N.E 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK Thursday, September 10th from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Her memorial service will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 N.E 23rd Street Friday, September 11th @ 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Arlington Cemetery Friday, September 18th @ 2:00 p.m.
