Jacob Gladstone Edds

February 7, 1977 - August 31, 2008

Edds, Jacob Gladstone, 31 of Choctaw, died August 31, 2008 while serving on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from Choctaw High School in 1996 and proudly served 12 years as a Marine during which time he spent three years as a drill instructor. He also did a tour in Iraq, Kuwait and deployed with the U.S. Navy on the USS Pearl Harbor. Jake is survived by his wife Jessica and daughters Ashlynn, 8 and Abigail, 4. He is also survived by his parents Everett and Karen, brother and sister in law Christopher and Alana, niece Blakely and brother Joshua. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 13, 2008 at First Baptist Church of Nicoma Park with interment following at Arlington Memory Gardens. Flowers may be sent to the Funeral Home.
