Mary Patricia (Farley) Cook

November 14, 1926 - September 7, 2003

Cook, Mary Patricia (Pat), 76, passed away September 7, 2003. Pat was born November 14, 1926, in Chickasha, OK, to James Robert and Mary Edna (Mulvaney) Farley. She graduated from Meridian High School in Grady County in 1945. Pat married Loyd Matthew Cook on Feb. 10, 1946, in Chickasha, OK. She was a member of Wickline United Methodist Church in Midwest City and worked as a medical receptionist at Parklawn Clinic in Midwest City.
She is survived by 3 sons: David Cook and wife Sharon of Granbury, TX, Randy Cook and wife Carol of McAlester, OK, Ricky Cook and wife Nita of Forest Park, OK; 1 brother, Col. (Ret.) Jack H. Farley and wife Tawanah of San Antonio, TX; 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and a host of friends and relatives.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, James Robert and Mary Edna Farley, husband, Loyd M. Cook; a son, Mark Steven Cook; 2 brothers: James C. Farley and Joe A. Farley, and a sister, Wanda Smith.
Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2003, at Barnes & Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Arlington Memory Gardens. Barnes & Johnson Funeral Home, 1820 S. Douglas Blvd., Midwest City, OK 73130, (405) 733-2991
