Linda Gaynell Coil

June 13, 1948 - June 23, 2020

Linda Gaynell Coil, who went by Gaynell, was born June 13, 1948 in Bessie, Oklahoma to Richard and Edna Allen. She died unexpectedly in her home on June 23, 2020. She grew up and lived most of her life in Midwest City, OK. She attended high school at Midwest City High School where she was Ms. MCHS in 1966. Gaynell worked at Tinker Air Force base for over 20 years before she retired. Throughout her adult life, Gaynell rescued abandoned and neglected pets calling them her babies. Her dogs, or her girls as she called them, were with her at the time of her death.
Gaynell is survived by her son, Jeff and Angie Siegel, son Travis Siegel and his wife Nicole Nguyen, and grandchildren Bailey and Jarrett Siegel, along with numerous cousins. Gaynell was predeceased by her parents and grandson, Hunter Siegel.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1st, 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The memorial service will be Thursday, July 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at Ford Funeral Service, 305 S. Sooner Rd., Midwest City, OK 73110 with inurnment to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
