Anna Marie Burkett

July 19, 1926 - November 9, 2009

Anna Marie Burkett, 83, of Midwest City, left this Earth to meet her Lord on November 9, 2009. She was born July 19, 1926 to Arthur and Elsie Summers in Rogers, Arkansas. After graduation, she moved to Oklahoma City where she married her one true love, M.C. Burkett on Sept. 21, 1951. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by siblings, Joe, Joan, Marietta, Dorothy and Doris. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Friday, November 13, 2009 at Arlington Memory Gardens.
