Clara C. Bullard

Clara C. Bullard, 69, Kansas City, died Friday, February 14, 1992, at Arkansas City Memorial hospital.
Funeral service were by Rindt – Erdman Funeral Home with the Rev. James Standerfwr officiating. Burial was at the Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, Oklahoma. A Memorial has been established for Mrs. Bullard's grandchildren.
Mrs. Bullard was born April 15, 1922, in Fairview, Oklahoma to Newton and Edith (Roberts) Bullard. She was raised in Fairview and attended local schools.
She was a long-time resident of the Arkansas City area and was a business and civic leader having been the owner and operator of several businesses.
