Claud Mayo Buck

December 18, 1925 - August 30, 2008

C.M. Buck, 82 of Midwest City, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 30, 2008. He was born Dec. 18, 1925 to Henry Mayo and Ellen Ruby (Clayton) Buck in McNab, Arkansas. He married Ella Frances McFarland on Nov. 16, 1946 in Yukon, OK. He worked for Rock Island Railroad in El Reno, OK, served in the U.S. Navy during W.W. II. He started his career with Dolese Cement Company where he retired after 40 years of service. He was a long time member of the Church of God of Prophecy in MWC, OK. He enjoyed Bluegrass Music and family gatherings. Claud is survived by his wife Frances of the home, three sons, Jimmy Wesley Buck and wife Kim of Bonham, TX, Robert Dean Buck and wife Cherly of MWC, and Paul Edward Buck and wife Cathy of Knoxville, TN, three daughters Deloris Claudine English of MWC, Linda Gayle Goddard of Moore, OK, Janice Eileene Buck of MWC, one brother Fred D. Buck and wife Rose of OKC, 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, 1 sister, and 3 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1:30 PM, Tuesday, 9/2/2008 at the funeral home chapel with burial at Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery. He will be greatly missed.
