GOFF Ronnie Dale, son of Lillian and Ray Goff, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 31, 2000 at the age of 49. Ron was born March 14, 1951 in Oklahoma City and lived in this area all his life.
Ron was a member of the first graduating class of Putnam City West High School. He was an insurance adjuster and claim manager, and was well respected by his peers in the insurance industry. Ron had many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Goff, and is survived by Carol, his wife of 26 years; his mother, Lillian Goff; his brother, Gary & his wife Carol; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ron was a skilled craftsman in many areas, including but not limited to classic car restoration, woodworking, and welding. He enjoyed performing with the Oklahoma City Community Band. He was a man of exceptional character, a true Christian gentleman, always ready to be a friend, or lend a hand in times of need. He will truly be missed.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Sat., June 3, 2000, at Cherokee Hills Christian Church, with burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
