Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Mae Davis, 92, were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ with Roger Thompson officiating. Mrs. Davis died Jan. 11 at the Henryetta Medical Center.

She was born in Scott County, Ark. on May 17, 1894. She was married to John Alexander Davis at Heavener on Nov. 20, 1910. He preceded her in death on May 6, 1984. Mrs. Davis moved to Okfuskee County in 1922 and then moved to Okemah in 1952, where she lived at the time of her death. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include three sons, Hobert Davis, Okemah, Tony Davis, Rogers, Ark., and Dennis Davis, Roseville, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Elsie Payne; Okemah, Mrs. Ima Adams, Okemah, Mrs. Almina Branscum, Mt. View, Ark., and Mrs. Nila Vitosky, Okemah; one sister, Mrs. Bea Wilkerson, Okla. City; 26 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 20; great-great-grandchildren.

Interment was in the Morse Cemetery under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
