Funeral services for Mrs. Mollie Robins, 86, were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Edwards officiating. Mrs. Robins died Jan. 12 at Sulphur, Louisiana.
She was born in Alabama Nov. 21, 1900. She had been a resident of Louisiana since 1946. Mrs. Robins was married to Frank Robins at Okemah in 1920, and he proceded her in death in Jan. 1966.
She is survived by one son, Gerald Robins, Sulphur, Louisiana; one daughter, Mrs. Norma Lee Cox, Houston, Texas, one brother, Bross Robertson, Seminole; two sisters, Mrs. Rosaline Burton, Duncan, and Mrs. Sally Anshutz, Sallisaw, five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jim Robertson, Johnny Robertson, Pete Smith, Robert Johnson, Melvin Clark and Wayne Krol.
Interment was in the Highland Cemetery under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
