Mrs. Loggins was boron Nov. 16, 1915, in the Northfork Community, near Clearview, the daughter of Ophelia and Archie Tamplin. She attended the Northfork and Booker T schools and married Otto (O.J.) Loggins Sr., on November 26, 1935. A member of the Church of the Living God in Clearview, she died April 6 at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include five sons, Lonnie Loggins, Spencer, Roger Loggins, Nicoma Park, Leatrice Loggins, Kileen, Texas, Otto "Jeff" Loggins Jr., Midwest City, and Donnie Loggins, Oklahoma City; three daughters, Ruthie Mae Johnson, East St. Louis, Ill., Lillie Bell Woods, Oklahoma City, and Brenda Jean Loggins, Midwest city; a sister, Rosa Lee Ware, four brothers Clifford, James, Dave and Archie Tamplin; 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
Pallbearers were Michael Loggins, Lamont Loggins, Steve Alford, Anthony Woods, Darren Loggins, Reginald Henderson, Tre Atkins and Warren Alford.
