Graveside services were held Tuesday, Jan. 6 for Miss Anna Morphis at 2 p.m. at the Bearden Cemetery under the direction of the Webb Funeral Service. Miss Morphis died Jan. 5 at the Pioneer Nursing Home in Okemah at the age of 75.
She was born June 6, 1911 in Franklin County, Arkansas. She moved to Okemah from Castle several years ago and had lived at the Pioneer Nursing Home since that time.
She is survived by one brother, Ted Morphis of Wewoka, and several nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends and other relatives.
