Victor Jaime Rocha Zaragoza

Victor Jaime Rocha Zaragoza
December 14, 1964 ~ January 6, 2021

Victor Rocha, 56, of Bartlesville, died Wednesday in Bartlesville.

Victor - or Jaime as he was known - was born the son of Julian Rocha and Maria Guadalupe Zaragoza on December 14, 1964, in Durango, Mexico. He spent his first 13 years in Durango before moving to Chihuahua, Mexico. Jaime had a very happy childhood, he made friends easily and everyone loved him. He and his seven siblings had fun playing soccer with the other children in the community.

During this time, he met the love of his life Silvia P Labrado Campos. They quickly fell in love and migrated northwards to Los Angeles, California. They were only in Los Angeles for a year before Jaime’s aunt encouraged them to move to Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Jaime worked for ACME Foundry in Coffeyville, Kansas, for 16 years. For the past five years he worked at Bartlesville Health and Rehab Community where he was dearly loved by the residents and fellow staff.

Jaime loved his family and being around his loved ones. He was the life of the party at family gatherings. His second love was soccer, and he faithfully followed his favorite professional team in Chihuahua, Mexico - the Chivas De Guadalajara Football Club. But Jaime’s favorite soccer player was his own daughter Dayana. He took her to all of her practices and attended every game, always cheering her on. At ACME, the slogan was “Quality Comes First” and for Jaime. “People, especially his family, always came first.”

Together Jaime and Silvia enjoyed 31 years together. He loved to dance and was drawn to her because she shared his passion. Over the years, wherever Silvia went Jaime was with her. His smile and heart will be dearly missed.

Jaime is survived by his loving wife Silvia of the home; three children, Jimmy of Tulsa, Brian of Bartlesville, and Dayana of Bartlesville; seven siblings and countless nieces, nephews and other family and friends who are far too numerous to count. He is preceded in death by his parents.
