Kasandra "Kassy" Kay (Hand) Young, 50, joined her husband Scott in heaven on April 5, 2020. Kassy was born to Richard "Dick" and Letitia "Tish" Hand on August 4, 1969, in Enid, OK. As a child, Kassy loved to dance and taught dance with her best friend Wendy Dunagun in Dodge City, KS. Kassy graduated from Enid Highschool. On May 19, 2008, she married the love of her life, Scott Young, in Key West, FL. This was the best day of each of their lives and they knew it would last "forever" having coined the phrase that she lived by "forever Young". Kassy worked as a loan officer at Diamond Financial, receiving the honor of "Tax Queen" four years running. She enjoyed entertaining friends, relaxing by the pool, and cheering on the Sooners and Packers football teams.
Kassy is survived by her mother, Tish Hand, brothers Robert Hand and wife Monica, of Orlando, FL, Richard Hand and wife Bonnie, of Edmond, OK, boyfriend Sebastian Pair and son, Xavior, step children David and Adreana Irons, Brandon, Kasey, Blake, and Spencer Young, step grandchildren Jaylin and Zerenity, and loving nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her father, Dick Hand, husband, Scott Young, and both sets of grandparents. Due to current circumstances, services celebrating and honoring the life of Kassy (Hand) Young will be held at a future date.
