Doris L. (Yocam) Wynn

Memorial services for Doris L. Wynn, 93, were held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 9, 2009, in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.

Doris L. Yocam was born June 3, 1915, in Alva, Oklahoma, to John and Della (Hadwiger) Yocam and passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2009, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She married James "Jim" Wynn in 1948 in Enid, Oklahoma. Doris was a secretary in the procurement department for over 20 years with the U.S. Government. She enjoyed reading, writing poetry, collecting dolls and music boxes, and was an avid OU fan. She loved shopping and giving to others.

Survivors include  her husband of 61 years, James "Jim" Wynn two grandchildren, Kelly (Jones) Koutahi and her husband, Charles, and Jeb Jones and his wife, Pamela and great-grandchildren, Bill Jones, Nicholas Jones, Sierra Jones, Miranda Koutahi and JaneMarie Koutahi.

Preceding her  in death were her parents, her first husband, Chester "Pete" Jones two sons, John William Jones and Donald Lee Jones and three brothers, Floyd, Orrie, and Art Yocam.
