Carole Ann (Hinman) Wyatt

December 28, 1940 ~ February 3, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Carole Ann Wyatt, who died on February 3, 2025, at the age of 84. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Carole was born December 28, 1940, in Los Angeles, California, to Hazel and Jervil Hinman.

A strong-willed and independent woman, she lived life on her own terms. She faced a number of significant losses in her lifetime, including the early death of her father and the loss of her son Robert and daughter Michelle. Despite these challenges, Carole embraced life with enthusiasm and pursued a variety of passions. Her life's greatest joys revolved around animals, raising and showing dogs and horses. She was a serious competitor in the show ring, but also a gentle and loving companion to her animals. Later in life, she discovered a passion for shooting sports, where she found camaraderie and challenge. She was tough as nails, but also a kind and generous person, always there for her family and friends.

Carole is survived by her son, James; her daughter Kellie; her granddaughter Taylor; and her grandsons, Dustin, Tristan, Noah, and Gabe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hazel and Jervil Hinman; her son, Robert (Robbie); and her daughter, Michelle (Shellie).

A Celebration of Life will be held near Marietta in the spring. Details will be shared with family and friends in the coming weeks.

This obituary included a photo of Ms. Wyatt.
