Carolyn Estelle (Eaton) Wullenwaber
August 3, 1943 ~ April 18, 2023

Carolyn Estelle Wullenwaber, 79 of Kingston, Okla. passed away at the Alliance Hospital in Durant on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.

She was born in Oklahoma City on August 3, 1943. to the late Estle Eaton and Kathleen Eaton.

Carolyn met Gary Wullenwaber in 1978 and they were married in 1987. They lived in Oklahoma City, until her retirement from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1994. During her time in Oklahoma City, she developed many friends both at work and in Bethany and Forest Park.

She enjoyed travel and spent many joyful days going to Eastern Canada and north to the top of Alaska. She enjoyed boating, going to many lakes, including Lake Powel, Grand Lake, Possum Kingdom, and Lake Texoma. It was boating that brought us to Lake Texoma, where they purchased property here in 1999. She has been a resident here for 24years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Estle Eaton.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, and her family loved being around her! She was a cherished wife, mom, grandma, and daughter and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband Gary, two daughters Melissa of San Antonio and Michael Cara and husband Michael Joe of Kansas City, KS, her, 5 grandchildren, Jack, Cole, Alexandra, Cade, Blake, her brother Lee Eaton and his wife Janet of Madill, her mother Kathleen Eaton of Kingston and a stepson David in Chicago.

She was very active with the Texoma Fire District acting as membership manager for 20 years.

Also, she was very active with her Dad in the Eaton Family Reunions that were held at Lake Texoma Park.

She and her mother were members of Light House Methodist Church, and she was in the Choir.
