Treva Jean (Rutledge) Woods

Aug 30, 1945 ~ Dec 18, 2003

Treva Jean Rutledge Woods, 58, passed away Dec. 18, 2003, at Norman Regional Hospital.

She was born Aug. 30, 1945, in Durant to Roy and Matilda Rutledge. She moved to Norman from Durant in 1962. She attended school in Durant.

Mrs. Woods was a nurse, homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding her in death were her father, sister June Cook and brother Roy L. Rutledge.

 She is survived by her husband Franklin Woods, Norman; mother Matilda Rutledge, Durant; sons Robert Blankenship Jr., Foster, Wes Blankenship, Lindsay, Michael and Steven Blankenship, both of Rush Springs, and Allen Blankenship, Indianapolis, Ind.; twin sister Reva Hamilton, Asher, Barbara Hendrix, Durant, Chiquita McGee, Bedford, Texas, and Don Rutledge, Weatherford, Texas, and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Saturday at Wadley Funeral Chapel, Purcell.
