Lewis Wayne Woodruff, 62, hairdresser, passed away Friday, September 28, 2012.

He is preceded in death by his parents Volney and Verla Woodruff and grandparents Harold and Stella Stiles.

Survivors include his children, Dustin Woodruff of Enid, Oklahoma, Jason Woodruff and his wife Adrienne of Clearwater, Kansas, Darla Sigg and her husband Brandon of Haysville, Kansas, David Woodruff and his wife Amy of Derby, Kansas; sister, Joy Ventura and her husband Mark of Wilder, Idaho; grandchildren, Trevan Woodruff, Morgan Woodruff, Chrissy Woodruff, Zach Woodruff, Arlee Woodruff, Cierra Sigg, Lindsay Woodruff, Cooper Woodruff; nieces and nephew, Christy Cushman, Lisa Cushman, Nick Williams and his wife Andi, Carrie Carpenter and her husband Reed.

Viewing: 2-8pm Monday, October 1, 2012 at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville.

Funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Bibleway Pentecostal Assembly Church, 1203 E. Galena, Wichita.
