David Paul Woodfin, Sr. went to be with His Savior on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the age of 72.
Dave was born July 8, 1942 in Dallas, TX to his parents AC and Kathleen (Block) Woodfin. He was raised in Georgetown, TX. He attended the University of Texas graduating with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he held several positions in the oil and environmental services industries. In 1996, he and his wife Linda formed West Environmental.. He loved his involvement with Bible Study Fellowship and being a part of the choir and several other ministries at Trinity Baptist Church in Norman.
He was preceded in death by his parents AC and Kathleen and his brother Ronald.
David leaves behind his loving family: his wife Linda (White) Woodfin; son David Paul Woodfin, Jr. and wife Beth of Austin; daughter Pam Woodfin McGee and husband John of Dallas; son Michael Charles Woodfin of Dallas; six grandchildren: Trey, Jordan, Dawson, Madison, Hudson, Emerson; and countless other family and friends.
