Michele Ann Wood
May 2, 1960 ~ March 11, 2022

Michele Ann Wood, devoted educator at Watonga High School, kind and gracious friend, died in her sleep on 03-11-2022. She was born on 5-2-1960 in Sacramento, California to Ernest W. Wood and Larayne E. Pfiefer (deceased). She has no surviving family. Michele graduated from South Lake Tahoe High School, California State University, Sacramento (1984); and held an Oklahoma State Teaching Certificate in English Language Arts.

(Michele is survived by her surrogate family Stacy, Bjorn, Kelton, and Presli Miller of Yukon, Oklahoma).

Michele will be missed by her surrogate family and all of her students.

Memorial services for Michele Wood will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at the Commons at the Watonga High School.
