Memorial services for Janet “Jan” Womack at 11:30am Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the B’Nai Israel Torah Assembly in Spiro, Oklahoma. (Formerly known as Birch Chapel Assembly of God-Stoney Point)
Jan was born on September 2, 1958 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Tom and Grace (Temple) Ainsworth and passed away at September 14, 2020 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She is survived by her husband Bob Womack, daughter, Cassandra “Cassie” Womack, son, Collin Womack and wife Tara, grandchildren, Grace, Carson, Jayce, Hazel, Georgia, Finley, and Vivienne, sister, Beth Croman. Preceding her in death are her parents Tom and Grace Ainsworth.
Jan Worked as a Clinical Aesthetician and had a “Gypsy Soul”. She enjoyed to travel and at times it seemed she almost had a dual residency between Dunedin/Clearwater, Florida and the Spiro, Oklahoma area.
