Randy C. Wolfgong, 54 year old Woodward resident, died Tuesday, August 14, in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with Reverend Jason Dirks officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Billings Funeral Home.
Randy Charles Wolfgong was born May 10, 1964 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Charles William (Chuck) and Earlene Mary (Shreckengost) Wolfgong. He grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and attended school at McDowell High School, later receiving his GED. He moved to Liberal, Kansas before moving to Woodward to raise his two beautiful children.
Randy painted cars, owned his own detailing shop cleaning cars, was a security guard, and a wind turbine inspector. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved going to church and praising God and reading his Bible. Randy loved to make people laugh and helping his family anyway he could. In 2012, he met his dear friend Kim and he loved the relationship they had.
He is survived by his mother, Earlene Wolfgong; one son, Ryan Wolfgong; one daughter Kaley Wolfgong and Jordan Hendrix; two sisters: Wanda Valentine, Pam Irish and husband Dave; three grandchildren: Loreli Hendrix, Kimberlee Hendrix, and Desirea Hendrix; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chuck Wolfgong and a sister Debra J. Wolfgong.
