Peggy Jean (Hays) Wisinger
April 23rd, 1929 ~ December 4th, 2017

A memorial celebration for Peggy Wisinger will be held Friday, December 8 at 1 pm at Bartlesville Tabernacle Church, 1326 West 15th in Bartlesville. Peggy passed away on December 4th, 2017. She was 88.

Peggy was born on April 23rd, 1929, to Claud Hays and Verna Rowena (Snell) Hays in El Dorado, KS. The family moved to Bartlesville when Peggy was a child. 

Peggy worked many jobs while her children were small and retired from Arvest Bank after 23 years. She didn't like retirement and went to work for Keepsake Candles as Christmas help and has been there over 20 years. She was an active member of Bartlesville Tabernacle Church. 

Peggy loved the Lord, her children and grandchildren, and her church family.

Peggy is survived by her 4 children Raymond Gene Tompkins and wife Sandy (Donnell) Tompkins, Rita Ann Harris, Claud Thomas Wisinger and wife Ginger (Pugh) Wisinger and Joy Fay Arnett and Husband Steve Arnett and 2 sisters Ruby Ann (Hays) Trammel of Bartlesville and Mary (Hays) Hardin of Palestine, TX. 10 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Claud and Verla Hays, 6 brothers, Lewis, William (Bill), Forrest James, Merle, Floyd (Dude) and Herbert Dean Hays, and 4 sisters, baby Claud, Daisy (Eilene), Melba, and Lorraine Hays.
