Marian M. (Parrish) Wise

Marian M. (Parrish) Wise
August 18, 1944 ~ April 25, 2017

Marian M. Wise passed away at home on April 25, due to complications of a stroke suffered on March 30. She was 72 years old.

Marian was born in Dewey, Oklahoma on August 18, 1944, to Alfred M. and Florence Parrish and was raised in Dewey. She attended the Dewey Public School, and graduated in May of 1962.

Marian is survived by her loving husband Jack W. Wise of the home. They were married over 53 years. Her two daughters, Lisa J. and her husband Mitchell Seim of Owasso Oklahoma, and Linda R. and her husband Eric Ames of Coshocton, Ohio. Her five grandsons and one granddaughter, and two great granddaughters. She is survived also by her brother, Wendell Parrish of Denver, Colorado, a sister, Rita Jo Putney of Big Piney, Wyoming, and a sister Carolyn Cox, of Byron Wyoming.

She had numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Catholic Church.

It can be said of Marian that she was a caring and loving person who lived her life as God would have wanted her, and did the right things without being asked, or wanting credit from her peers. She will be truly missed by her husband and family, and her four legged furry pets and those who knew her.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio on Sunday April 30, 2017 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

A graveside funeral service will be held in South Lawn Cemetery on Monday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Larry Massie officiating.
