Bill was born in Harrison, AR to Flonnie (Dot) and Eddie Wise.
He retired after 30 Years at Hertz and became a Programmer at Tinker AFB.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristen (Shawn) Hart; grandchildren Daven (Adam) Ferber, Brittany, Braden, and Logan Hart.
Visitation will be from 1:00pm-8:00pm with the family present from 5:00pm-7:00pm Monday, May 28, 2018.
Services to celebrate his life will be at 2 pm, Tuesday, May 29, 2018 in the Chapel at Buchanan Funeral Services.
In lieu of flowers we ask that you donate to the HIM Program at Memorial Road Church of Christ (Ferber, Adam & Daven)
