Charles H. Winn was born November 25, 1867 in Missouri and died in Cheyenne on August 25th, 1951.
He is survived by one brother, William Winn of Bushland, Texas; and one sister, Mrs. Ella Munger of Bakersfield, California.
He was buried at Plainview, Texas Tuesday afternoon.
Charles Winn came to Roger Mills County in the early day and homesteaded northwest of Cheyenne where he resided with his parents until their death.
For a number of years he had resided at the hotel in Cheyenne.
Death came as the result of a heart attack as he sat in his chair in his room.
He was a member of the Methodist church and the Odd Fellows Lodge of Cheyenne.
