Billie Maxine (Brown) Winkelman
June 2, 1936 ~ January 29, 2011

Billie Maxine Winkelman, longtime resident of Ponca City, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Fairfax Manor Nursing Home. She was 74 year of age.

Billie was born June 2, 1936 in Ponca City, the daughter of Russell Brown and Elsie Day Brown. She attended the Ponca City Schools and completed nursing school through the then St. Josephs Hospital in Ponca City. She was a longtime registered nurse and her enjoyments included fishing, playing bingo and camping.

She is survived by her husband, Joe, of the home three children, Mike Winkelman, Jerry Winkelman and Tim Winkelman, all of Ponca City 4 brothers, Fred Brown, Russell Brown, James Brown and Larry Brown 1 sister, Helen Brown 2 grandchildren, Cory Winkelman and Sara Winkelman 3 great grandchildren, Alexis Winkelman, Halee Winkelman and Hanna Winkelman. She was preceded in death by her parents one infant child and 2 sistersinlaw, Florence Brown and Linda Brown.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Grace Memorial Chapel with Mr. Herb Rains presiding.
