Vernon Keith Winburn was born in Muskogee, OK to Roscoe and Alicia Winburn.
He was citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
He was a graduate of Muskogee High School, class of 1970.
Mr. Winburn is survived by his wife, Deborah Winburn of Tahlequah, OK; by his children Elizabeth Winburn of Moore, OK and Thomas Winburn of Fort Gibson, OK; by stepson B. J. Boyd of Ada, OK; and by grandchildren Adia Winburn, Davion Winburn, and Brendan Boyd.
