Roberta Wilmoth Wilson, 84 year old resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died March 6, 2017 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Born December 7, 1932 in Decatur, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Glen Wilmoth and Thelma Ownbey Wilmoth.
Roberta married Leon Wilson on December 11, 1949 in Gentry, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother. Roberta was a member of First Baptist Church of Gentry, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Thelma Ownbey Wilmoth; her brothers, Gerald Wilmoth and Lonnie Wilmoth of Decatur, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband, Leon Wilson of the home; her daughter, Janet and husband Brett Bradley of Gentry, Arkansas; her son, Clifford and wife Ella Wilson of Stilwell, Oklahoma; granddaughters, Jennifer and husband Kenneth Mullins of Slater, Missouri, and Cosetta Jones and husband Ron Orsburn of Preston, Oklahoma; grandsons, Sam Jones and Clint Wilson of Stilwell, Oklahoma; nine great grandchildren; sister, Phyllis and husband Roger Reed of Lincoln, Arkansas; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with Bro. Robin Cowin officiating. Burial will be private.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
