Memorial services for Maria Wilson will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Cummings officiating. Maria passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in Hugo, Oklahoma, at the age of 62.
Maria Wilson was born December 2, 1953 in Bucharest, Romania, to Nicolae and Valeria (Pana) Boricean. She had lived in this area for the past 13 years and was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. Maria had worked as an LPN for Dr. Pardue in Hugo, OK. She loved the Lord very much and shared this with others when she could. She always had a smile on her face and loved her family and church family very much. Maria enjoyed gardening, growing flowers & vegetables, and raising chickens for fresh eggs.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings.
Maria is survived by her husband, Paul Wilson of the home; one son, Paul Wilson, Jr. of Durant, OK; one daughter, Valerie Wilson of Edmond, OK; three brothers, Daniel Boricean, Teodor Boricean and Julian Boricean; two sisters, Dorina and Veronica.
