Linda Wilson, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 73. Linda was born on August 24, 1949, in Houston, Texas, to her parents, Cliff and Mavis Storm. She spent her childhood in Texas before moving to Oklahoma, where she lived for most of her life.
Linda was a devoted mother to her daughter, Heather Sammis, and son-in-law, Brett Sammis. She adored her grandchildren, Annika and Pierce, and loved spending time with them.
Linda was also a loyal friend, and her best friend, Lori Owen, was a constant source of love and support throughout her life. They shared many wonderful memories together and had a bond that was unbreakable.
Linda had a passion for dogs and loved her British family, whom she would visit yearly. She treasured her time with them. Linda was an avid reader and especially enjoyed mystery books, which she devoured with enthusiasm.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Mavis Storm, and her sister, Diana Odom. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who remember her as a kind and generous person with a warm and gentle spirit.
Linda's family will hold a private memorial service in her honor. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to English Cocker Spaniel Club of America Rescue USA, in Linda's name. Linda's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who knew her.
