August 21, 1937 ~ December 02, 2020

Jimmie V. Wilson, OKC, was surrounded by his children when he went to meet his heavenly father on Dec. 2, 2020. Jim was born Aug. 21, 1937 in Muskogee, OK.

While in high school, Jim married Darlene Clark and they had 5 children. Jim graduated from NSU and OSU, obtaining his degree in Industrial Arts. Jim later attended seminary at OBU and became an ordained Baptist minister. Following his education, Jim taught high school shop and pastored several churches in Oklahoma. Dedicated to serving the Lord and furthering vocational education, Jim began his career building schools in Bangkok, Thailand in 1968. He furthered his career as Assistant Superintendent at Meridian Technology Center until 1984 and retired from Francis Tuttle Technology Center as the Chief Construction Officer. Jim enjoyed traveling, fishing, trading cars, and serving the Lord.

He is survived by his wife Abbi Wilson, his stepson Brad Vincent and grandson Dane, stepson Shan Spain and granddaughter Kyla. He is also survived by his son Jim (Nikki), daughters: Pam (Dale), Guyla (Bill), Wendy (Chris), Sherri (Tommy), grandchildren: Mandy, Melissa, Brooke, Karri, Kynna, Megan, Connor, Leah, Lana, Branden, Jacksen, and 19 great grandchildren.
