January 20, 1944 ~ March 12, 2017

Douglas Lee Wilson was born on January 20, 1944, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and departed this life on Sunday, March 12, 2017, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 while attending OYE.

Douglas, the son of Richard and Anna (Drake) Wilson, was a resident of Prague. Douglas married Lea Ann Denker on March 23, 1992 in Prague. Douglas enjoyed attending swine shows, FFA, 4H and pig barns and he loved spending time at the gun range with his grandchildren, and camping and going to the lake. Douglas could often be found lying on the couch with his dog Tink while watching his favorite tv shows with his daughter.

Douglas' parents and two brothers, Dennis Wilson and Gary Wilson preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Lea Ann Wilson of the home; daughter, Destiny Bailey and Seth; son, Jared Ludi and Stephenie Burleson and Michael Ludi and Kristin; grandchildren, Alyssa Ludi, Gabriel Ludi, Kaleb Burleson and Cameron Burleson; brother, Richard Wilson and Raneta; brother-in-law, Rick Denker and Becky; dog, Tink and many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Charlie Clem officiating.
