Richard Ronald Willis

October 30, 1949 ~ June 30, 2008

Richard Ronald "Rick" Willis son of Jim and Bonnie (Martin) Willis was born October 30, 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia and departed this life on June 30, 2008 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 58 years and 8 months.

Rick was a very loving husband, father and grandfather to his family. He owned and operated Warrantee Carpets/Sooner Supply for the past 35 years. Rick had a great love for coaching soccer and was an avid North Carolina Sports fan. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his father; Jim Willis, and 1 brothr; Mick Willis.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Lanetta Willis of the home in Stilwell, OK, sons; Cody Willis of the home in Stilwell, OK, Sean Willis of Ardmore, OK, Ricky Willis and wife Amy of Stilwell, OK, 1 daughter; Jennifer Willis of Oklahoma City, OK, 4 grandchildren; Trevor Willis of Oklahoma City, OK, Shay Willis of Ardmore, OK, Tyler and Loren Willis of Stilwell, OK. His mother; Bonnie Kelley and husband Junior of Lincoln, NC, sister; Sharon Holiday of Charlotte, NC, several other relatives and many, many friends, also survive him.

Funeral services were held Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 2:00 pm in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home with Pastor Max Ford officiating.
