Shirley Lea (Adkins) Williams
March 23, 1936 ~ July 31, 2017

Shirley Williams, a longtime Vinita resident, passed away suddenly on July 31, 2017. To honor her memory, the family will be receiving friends and family at a Remembrance Celebration on Saturday, August 19 at the Vinita Community Center located at 915 E Apperson Road from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Shirley Lea Williams was born on March 23, 1936 to Lee and Emogene (Hurst) Adkins in Coal Hill, AR.

Shirley is survived by her son Greg Williams and wife Melissa of Claremore; her brother Ronnie Adkins and wife of Ft. Smith, AR; her son-in-law Marvin Parks of Vinita; her granddaughters, Jennifer Riley and husband Josh of Claremore and Jessica Grammer and husband Heath of Tulsa; her great granddaughter Ava Riley of Claremore; and a host of extended family and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Emogene Adkins, her youngest brother Jerry Adkins, her husband Lloyd Williams and her daughter Lisa Park.
